days assisting his father, Wayne Cunningham Sr., founder of MPCT, Wayne developed a
strong technical foundation and a deep respect for the company’s mission.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sales and Marketing from the University of the
West Indies, he immersed himself in various roles across the organisation, from dispatch and
logistics to marketing and sales. This hands-on experience equipped him with a
comprehensive understanding of operations, customer needs, and market expectations.
As Director of Customer Experience, Wayne leads with empathy, collaboration, and a
commitment to excellence. He is focused on building lasting customer relationships, ensuring
service quality, and driving satisfaction through internationally certified solutions that meet
the demands of a rapidly evolving industry.
