Precision Cooling is more suited for critical environments like data centres, server rooms, medical labs, telecom facilities and electrical rooms. How do I know if I need a UPS system for my business?

If your operations rely on continuous power and you risk equipment damage or data loss during power outages, a UPS system is essential for your business.

What’s the difference between a generator and a UPS system?

A UPS system provides instant, short-term (usually minutes) backup power during an outage to keep equipment running without interruption and therefore allows for a safe shutdown or transition to generator power. Its power distribution is dependent on the load or battery capacity. A generator provides long-term backup power for extended outages.  It usually takes several seconds to start and supply power. A generator can run for hours or days, depending on fuel availability.
